Normal Working Conditions and Installation Conditions
1. Self-cooling and air-cooled ambient temperature: -40 °C ~ 40 °C,
For water-cooled environments, maintain an ambient temperature of 5 °C ~ 40 °C.
2. Ensure the relative humidity of air remains ≤ 85% for optimal performance.
3. The air should be free of corrosive gases and fine dust particles that can compromise insulation integrity.
4. Air pressure should be maintained between 85Kpa and 106Kpa to ensure stable operation.
5. The environment should be devoid of severe vibrations and shocks to prevent operational disturbances.
6. In unique scenarios, conduct appropriate experiments to verify the reliability and performance of operations.
7. For forced air cooling, maintain a wind speed of ≥6m/s and ensure the air temperature does not exceed 40°C.
8. In water cooling systems, ensure a flow rate of ≥ 4L/min, maintain a water pressure of 0.2 ± 0.03Mpa, and achieve a water resistivity of ≥ 20kΩ for optimal functionality.
